Thank you for demonstrating your interest in speaking at a OneReq Event. In the event your submission is selected and you participate in any of our events; You, hereby grant permission to the rights of your image, likeness, voice, and presentation slides to OneReq and its affiliates to be used in all forms of media and for all promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, and archival purposes.
You understand that recordings, photographs, and presentation slides may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness, voice, or content appears. You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of your image, voice, or slides.
You release OneReq, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, publication, or use of your image, voice, or presentation slides for any purpose other than those listed above. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings or presentation slides collected as part of the sessions.
